The service

Pinned gives creators a public page at pinned.bio/your-name with a list of links. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use Pinned

You must be at least 16 to create an account.

Your username

Your page address is pinned.bio/ followed by your username. You can change your username on the Account page once every 30 days. Within 15 minutes of a change you can change it once more to fix a typo; the mistyped username doesn't forward and anyone can claim it straight away. For 7 days after you change it, your old address forwards visitors to your page and only you can switch back to it; switching back doesn't count as a change and doesn't extend those 7 days. After that anyone can claim it. Usernames aren't property: we may change or take back a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark or breaks these terms, and an address we take back doesn't forward.

Plans

• Free: unlimited links (subject to a fair-use cap of 250 links), with social icons, color palettes, custom colors and fonts.
• Pro: everything in Free, plus the full bento page (tile sizes, Featured tiles, support and social tiles, headings, tile colors and shapes) and more customization (button styles and icon placement). It also adds content blocks (text, images, galleries, events, locations, dividers and your latest YouTube videos), scheduled links, page background images, video and music tiles, your own search title and description, your own share picture, a page icon and link tracking tags, for a monthly or yearly fee.
• Max (when offered on the pricing page): everything in Pro, plus Insights (page analytics: views, visitors, clicks, traffic sources, countries and devices, with CSV export) and animated page backgrounds, for a monthly or yearly fee.

Prices are shown on the pricing page. They exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices depend on the country we detect from your connection when you check out. A subscription keeps that price level for its renewals and for plan or billing changes.

Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans (Pro and Max) are subscriptions processed by Stripe and sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service (Stripe Managed Payments). Link is the merchant of record for your purchase and handles tax, receipts, invoices and billing support. Link's purchase terms apply to your purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time; the switch applies from your next renewal, at the new price, and nothing is charged when you switch.

You can also switch between plans on the Plans page in your dashboard. Switching from Pro to Max starts right away and charges the prorated difference for the rest of the current period to the payment method on file. Switching from Max to Pro takes effect at your next renewal, with nothing charged or refunded, and you keep Max until then.

If a renewal payment fails, you keep your paid plan for a grace period of about 2 weeks while Stripe retries the payment automatically. If it never succeeds, your account returns to Free.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard ("Manage billing"). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew. Your account then returns to Free: nothing is deleted, all your links stay on your page, and your page returns to the Free appearance (your saved Pro customizations and extra tiles are kept, but not shown, and come back if you upgrade again). If you were on Max, Insights lock too and their history is kept, so upgrading again shows everything.

Refunds

Cancelling or switching plans, or deleting your account, does not refund the current period. Refund requests and billing questions go through Link support, which you can reach from your receipt or from Link's purchase terms; you can also contact support@pinned.bio.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time on the Account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your page goes offline and your content is deleted and can't be restored. A paid plan is cancelled at once, and the rest of the current period is not refunded. Your username stays reserved for 7 days; after that anyone can claim it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pinned to link to illegal content, malware, or to impersonate others. Anyone can report content through the "Report" links on public pages. We may deactivate links or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Pinned without owing you anything for them.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll say so on this page and, for material changes, by email.
